TSTC-Sweetwater’s student-operated restaurant opens on March 25th

Texas State Technical College’s Culinary Arts program in Sweetwater opens its student-operated restaurant for the spring semester on Wednesday, March 25.

The Library Cafe is located at the Temple Dickson Technology Center. The restaurant is open to the public, but reservations are required. Meals will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on select Wednesdays during the semester.

The serving days and themes, which are subject to change, are:

  • March 25: France

  • April 1: Italy (reserved for the Sweetwater and Nolan County Chamber of Commerce)

  • April 8: Asia

  • April 15: TexMex barbecue

  • April 22: Trinidad and Tobago

  • April 29: To be announced
